   Brian Adams

Brian has a background in sales, business development, and leadership across several industries where he has worked closely with small business owners, hospitals, and government accounts to maximize their resources and achieve their goals. After graduating from West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management, Brian went on to a series of roles with Wells Fargo, Pfizer, and Alcon where he was able to showcase his ability to innovate and lead in rapidly changing environments. At Alcon, Brian gained nearly a decade of experience working with a variety of optometric practices across the Midwest and is excited to leverage his expertise to continue to help private practice optometry flourish amidst an ever-evolving landscape.

A couple of fun facts about Brian is that he has been a licensed general contractor for over a decade and has built multiple homes. Not long after Brian earned his driver’s license, he also received his 1st FAA pilot’s certification. And back in 2008, he won a track championship at his local racetrack. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter Ellisen and staying active - working out, volleyball and hockey are just a few of his favorite activities.

   Nicolas Kane
   Practice Development Manager

Nicolas holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Arizona State University and has been involved in the Optical Industry for over 14 years. His parents were both Optometrists and his Grandfather was also a prominent Optician. With an extensive Optical background, Nicolas has experience spanning from selling, manufacturing, marketing and everything in between. He has held positions within Lens Manufacturing, Optical Machinery, Low Vision and Brand Sales. Nicolas' knowledge and passion for the Optical Industry drives him every day to help offices continue to be successful.

He is a new father as of October 2019 and spends his free time with his wife Kate, daughter Chloe and two Olde English Bulldogges Augustus and Henry.
